This Privacy Policy explains how Ready Instant Delivery (RID), operated by Eduardo Mendoza Jimenez, collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the RID customer application and related services.

RID is a delivery platform that connects customers with businesses and delivery personnel to facilitate food deliveries, purchases, and mandaditos or other delivery requests.

Important distinction: Real-time driver location tracking is handled through a separate RID driver application, which has its own privacy policy. This customer-app Privacy Policy does not describe the driver application's continuous location tracking practices.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use RID, we may collect the following information:

Account information: Name, telephone number, email address, authentication details, and other information required to create or manage your account.

You can choose the delivery location or address associated with an order. If you do not provide the information necessary to complete a delivery, RID may be unable to process or fulfill that order.

Continuous driver location tracking is not described in this policy. Driver location information is handled by the separate RID driver application under its own privacy policy.

When you use the application, certain technical information may be collected automatically to support security, reliability, troubleshooting, and application performance. This may include:

Delivery personnel: Information necessary to collect and deliver an order, including relevant delivery details and customer-provided instructions.

RID does not sell customer information to data brokers. RID also does not intentionally use customer information for cross-company targeted advertising.

Google Maps, Google Places, and Google Routes services.
Firebase services, including authentication, database, hosting, or performance tools.

7. Tracking and Advertising

RID does not display third-party advertising networks in the customer application and does not intentionally use customer information for cross-company targeted advertising.

Information may be processed by operational service providers for functions such as authentication, maps, application performance, security, and service reliability. These operational activities should not be interpreted as authorization for independent advertising use.

RID does not intentionally share customer information with advertising networks or data brokers for targeted advertising. The actual practices and configurations of any third-party SDK or service used by the application should be reviewed and kept consistent with this policy.

RID retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, protect the platform, comply with legal obligations, and enforce agreements.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, the purpose for which it was collected, and applicable legal requirements.
